Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we sure do! We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide on orders over $99AUD — because no one likes extra surprises at checkout. Your Seat Saver will be on its way to you ASAP, ready to handle whatever life throws at your car seats.

Can I return my item?

We want you to love your Seat Saver, but if it’s not quite right, that’s okay too. You can return your unused item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund (excluding return postage). Just make sure it’s in its original condition and packaging and we’ll sort the rest.

What if my product is faulty?

Oh no! That’s definitely not the Zilly experience we aim for. We quality control every item before it leaves us but if your Seat Saver arrives with a fault or defect, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll replace it after assessing the product. We’ve got your back.

How do I care for my Seat Saver?

Easy as! Your Seat Saver is machine washable, so just toss it in the wash on a cold, gentle cycle when it needs a refresh. Hang it out to dry (no dryers, please), and it’ll be ready for your next adventure. It’s made to be tough, but a little TLC keeps it looking and working its best.

Will the Seat Saver fit my car?

Yes! The Seat Saver is designed with a universal fit, meaning it works with most standard car seats, including sedans, SUVs, utes, and trucks. It easily slips on and off — no straps, clips, or complicated setups required.

Is it safe to use with heated seats or leather?

Absolutely. The Seat Saver is safe to use on both heated seats and leather interiors. Just make sure your seats are cool and dry before fitting it, and always follow your vehicle’s care guidelines.

Can I use it with child car seats?

While the Seat Saver is designed for quick slip-on protection, we don’t recommend using it underneath child car seats, as it may interfere with proper installation or safety compliance. It’s best used on uncovered seats for post-workout or everyday mess protection.

How quickly will my order be shipped?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Once it’s on the move, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.
